Returns & Exchanges

Once we receive your return, please allow 14-Days for us to inspect and process your return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees. Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the account you provided when you placed your order. A1toolstore is not responsible for any injuries incurred in the opening, use, distribution, or return of any of  our products

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please call our customer service department at 352-821-9795 to arrange a return.  We will provide you with return instructions. Returns must be post-marked, within 30-Days from the date received and in re-sellable condition to receive any type of refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items.

Packing and Sending Your Return

When getting your item ready to send back, please make sure that the item meets the following guidelines:

• The item is in its original box and original packaging
• The product is securely packaged to avoid damage
• The product is sent with all of its parts and manuals

Warranty and Parts Info

Manufacturer warranties are just that and are covered by the manufacturer of the product. A1toolstore does not supply any warranty on specific products sold. Likewise with parts for products, we do not specifically carry parts for products, unless they are listed on our website.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department by the next business day after placing your order. We may be able to cancel your order. If you order has already been shipped or can not be cancelled, you may simply refuse the package once it arrives.

Pricing Policy

Since 1985, A1toolstore has been a distributor of many kinds of tools, offering competitive pricing in any market.  A1toolstore strives to provide the most accurate product prices and descriptions, however due to our large inventory sometimes errors can occur. We will honor the error, but reserve the right to limit orders based on out of stock items, or items with pricing or descriptions errors. Pricing and quantities available may be subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

Florida residents must add an additional 7% for state sales tax. This amount is added to your subtotal and you will not be billed for tax on your shipping charges. If you live outside of Florida, we do not collect tax.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Our domestic shipping costs apply to the continental 48, HI, AK, Puerto Rico and any other US territories. Domestic Handling time is 3-5 days for order processing and clearing of payments. No Shipments will be sent out until a payment clears our bank. This includes e-checks. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. We use all the postal carriers and have no control over how long or short of a time they take to deliver the items once they are dropped off; although most of our shipping is done through USPS. We have documentation of the day we dropped the item off with the carrier and we work with you to locate your item if you have a problem.

Expedited Shipping Options

If you need your items faster, A1toolatore offers options specific to your situation and zip code. Any special requests will be considered at the expense of the buyer, but not guaranteed. Expedited shipping rates and times vary and are calculated once you contact and confirm your order with special requested shipping options.

International Shipping

Shipping Method for International Orders

Depending on the item, delivery options, and destination; A1toolstore will ship most international orders through the USPS.

International Customs, Tax, Tariffs and Duties

We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties to orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees, if applicable. We will not mark an item as a gift or conceal its contents on a customs form.
